Taylor v. The Hartford Financial Services Group, Inc., No. HHD-CV16-6072110-S

On October 6, 2016, Plaintiff filed a complaint in the Superior Court for the State of Connecticut, Judicial District of Hartford, on behalf of a class of persons who had been charged for optional coverages for automobile policies without their prior consent.  Plaintiff alleges that Defendant’s practice is a breach of contract, a violation of the Connecticut Unfair Trade Practice Act and similar unfair trade laws of other states. The case is captioned Taylor v. The Hartford Financial Services Group, Inc.,  No. HHD-CV16-6072110-S.
