On July 30, 2009, the United States District Court for the Northern District of California approved a $2.7 million settlement of claims brought on behalf of investors who purchased the common stock of Applied Signal Technology, Inc. between August 25, 2004 and February 22, 2005. On May 21, 2010, Plaintiffs filed a motion for distribution of the settlement funds.
In order to participate in the distribution of the settlement, Class Members were required to send a Proof of Claim Form to the Claims Administrator’s Office, post-marked no later than October 21, 2009, to the following address:
