Plaintiffs brought this action in January 2023 on behalf of participants in the ConocoPhillips Savings Plan (the “Plan”) against Defendants for allegedly breaching their fiduciary duties by allowing the Plan to offer undiversified funds as investment options, failing to liquidate substantial holdings in these options, and losing over $250 million as a result over the Class Period (from January 18, 2017 to the date of judgment in this action).

Class: Certain participants in the Plan whose retirement assets were invested in various undiversified funds during the Class Period.

Status: The parties are currently engaged in litigation.
