Plaintiff filed this case in December of 2021, alleging that Delta Air Lines failed to provide participants in the legacy pension plans of Northwest Airlines (Contract Employees, Salaried Employees and Pilots) with joint and survivor annuities (“JSAs”) that were actuarially equivalent to their single life annuities (“SLA”), as required by federal law.

Defendants file a Motion to Dismiss on February 24, 2023, to which Plaintiffs filed their response on March 17, 2023. The case is currently in active litigation.
