On June 8, 2007, U.S. District Judge Ronald Whyte gave final approval to a $11.25 million settlement of claims brought on behalf of purchasers of Netopia common stock from November 6, 2003 to August 16, 2004. On July 16, 2009 the Court signed an Order authorizing distribution of the settlement funds to Class Members. Funds have been distributed to Class Members. Izard Nobel LLP is counsel for the Plaintiff Class.
